Joining realms and servers

im trying to join a servers or realms and it says that it my microsoft account is set up right so i went to change what it said and it still hasnt fixed anything and it is also saying that i need to have a xbox live membership even though i have it and this has never been a problem for me at all. It still lets me play other games perfectly fine it is just minecraft. It was working fine 2 weeks ago but ever since i but the game on mobile and i signed in that is when it just stoped working i have been trying to fix it like restart my xbox and changing the settings it wants me to but nothing has changed.
