My spy glass is being thrown!?

Hi Mojang(if you even see this) My character is throwing his spyglass. Every time I use my spyglass, it gets thrown, but dosent fall out of my inventory, kinda like a trident with loyalty. When it flys out of my hand it spins like a saw.
