Unable to renew realm subscription

Following renewal of monthly realms subscription £6.69, message shows payment accepted but reports "Your purchase succeeded but we couldn't create your realm right now. We will create your realm as soon as possible, check back later on this device"

Message continues to be displayed after every reattempt to create new realm. Problem has been like this now for two weeks.
