Cannot create, replace worlds in Realm

I have just joined Realm plus and downloaded a few maps that I would like to try

However, I could not create these new worlds offline, neither can I replace these worlds on my Realm

I have tried to reset my Realm, disable it and even this cannot be done.

at this stage, I'm not sure if having a Realm plus subscription is worth it...

 

please fix this as soon as possible.
