Realms crash and revert because i go into the Nether.

Everytime I enter the Nether, about 15-20 minutes later i lose all connection the the realm(so does every other player) and then i get kicked and when i rejoin the game it reverts back to an older save file. I'm almost certain this occurs every time I enter the Nether. This is currently ruining my friends and I's experiences and progress. Ive searched around and the only thing ive found was REALMS - 2939 but that bug report is closed off to me so dont report this as a duplicate as its been forever since that ticket was closed. This problem has occured in Minecraft Realms for more than a year and needs to be stopped. Now please dont treat me like a worthless customer and tell wether this is being worked on or not. This problem shouldnt be happening.
