World glitching

The realm will disconnect me. and when i come back it's back a day or 2. People die and their stuff immediately despawns (before at least 5 mins) but in a normal world all items are still present. The mobs still spawn in well lit areas.  When downloading the world it will say error when trying to restart realm and will kick all current players taking at least 6 mins to boot back up.
