The End Dragon in my realms cannot be killed

The dragon can move, fly, and attack but its health are stuck at 1% and won't die no matter how much damage i dealt. Sword does hit it but it just wont die. When shooting with bow, the arrow just pass through the dragon's body doing no damage. Explosions also register the hit but the dragon just keep stuck at 1% health. Help fix
