Stuck On “Intializing Upload” When Replacing World

I am playing on Xbox One, attempting to replace a world to get it on my IPad but it will finish level export but get stuck on a screen that says “Intializing Upload” or it fails to upload and tells me to check my internet connection every time at this point, without any progress bars, only a cancel button. My realms subscription will be up soon and I am unsatisfied.
