I have a 2 problems with Realm

Hello MOJANG , I have a problem with Realm I cannot access Realm even though I paid the subscription and the required amount was withdrawn from me , But I noticed another problem before it became this problem and that is when I introduce my dogs to the world of Nether , They take me out of the realm, and when I go back to the realm, it counts for about half an hour of playing .
