I cannot close my realm

I have been trying over the last 2 months repeatedly to access my one realm to close it and I cannot. I cannot access the club either on my Xbox to close the realm. The realm is completely unusable and I cannot do a thing about this. I dont want to use it anymore I just want it closed. I demand someone higher up reach out to me so I can get the realm closed and shut down. The amount of time I have wasted  and stress I've dealt with on your crappy realms should have put me in the grave already.

I keep getting the Unable To Connect To Realm message every time I try to access the realm in game and the options to close the club on the Xbox club menu are grayed out. This is absurd I demand this be addressed
