Everything is black on realms

When joining our realm on my pc, everything is black, apart from particles and the ui. So all I can see is the hotbar and my inventory and fire particles, crying obsidian particles, etc. This only happens on my pc, not my laptop (windows 10, intel integrated graphics) and not for any other realm members. We have an rtx pack on the realm but my graphics card doesn't support it so everything just looked normal and hasn't caused issues before. This only happens on the realm, local worlds and servers are fine.
