I can not connect to my own realm

I can not connect to my own realm. I downloaded my realm. It is only 360MB. When I tried to run it locally, it did not work right. I tried to upload it to a new real, I still could not connect it.

I dont know whatelse to do. I and my friends worked on this realm so much. I am very frusturated, and would be very upset if I loose it, and probably will quite minecraft entirely.
