Realm Cheats not working

I just recently made a Minecraft Realms server on my PC for Windows 10 version and I wanted to activate cheats so I could teleport my girlfriend if she got lost while out exploring and I have the cheats turned on but it isn't showing the options for all of the cheats. I tried using the command in the message bar but it says that I didn't have cheats turned on which is becoming frustrating.
