Loading resource packs when joining realm

Had this issue for a week and still unresolved, everytime I join a realm it will say loading resource packs forever and will never load me into the game. I don’t have any other packs activate I’ve tried everything suggest previously and nothing will work and I’m currently wasting my realm trial by not being able to join my own realm.
