30+ Disconnects in a 2.5hr session

So I tried playing for 1.5hr on ps4 and 1 hr on pc which i just bought to find realms are completely broken. Me and my spouse are completely unable to play to gather am im pretty pissed. I get in and within like 10 or less minutes im kicked out and disconnected from the server
