Can't play in my Realm worlds

When I start any of my Realms worlds, the world chunks never fully load for about 15-30 secs. Then it puts me where I should be...but it lag loops then crashes. It really upsets me that I can't use a product I pay for, yet there is no compensation for loss of use.
