Realm Keeps Crashing

The realm my friend has keeps crashing and loading a backup. This issue has been happening frequently and it is annoying us since it keeps resetting our progress. We are unsure if this is a problem with the realms or it is because we are running datapacks on the world. Any feedback to resolve this problem will be greatly appreciated.
