Realm keep crashing and rollback

I was playing on realm with around 6-8 players, Realm often crashing for some reason and appeared "Timed out" to everyone in realm, And everyone can't be able to join at the moment. Before starting itself and rollbacked around 10-20 mins ago, I curious that what cause the problem, Realm or Players themself?
