My Minecraft Bedrock Realm Won't Work. Someone help me please

I've recently got a Realm on minecraft bedrock, and I've purchased for it. But when I click on create realm, it would say something like "your purchase was made but we couldn't make your real, try later". It's been saying that for about 3 weeks now. Please help
