Bottle o' Enchanting for every interaction with right click

Hi.

Today I updated my game to 1.17 and hopped onto my Realms world to play a bit. When I wandered around I noticed that the game gives me Bottle o' Enchanting for every one of my right mouse click actions, such as opening a chest, clicking a button or opening a door manually. This seems to be an issue on my Realms only, as I created a fresh world and it doesn't seem to appear there. Could it be that my data packs installed are not compatible with the new version?
