Blocks reformed and killed me. I lost all my inventory.

Bedrock 1.17 realms. 
while mining the rocks reformed around me, and I could not dig out. I suffocated. I ran back and my inventory was not there when I dug the area out. I lost my heavily enchanted nether it's armor, weapons and tools. Of there any way to get them back, or am I just screwed.
