Nothing in Realms+ seems to be working

Hello,

 

I am relatively new to MC. I have worlds on PS5 that I want to download to my Windows 10. I signed up for Realms+ trial to see if it can help but I am encountering lots of bugs. Is Realms+ completely broken? For example I can't even see any of my local PS5 worlds working on Realms+; it seems the replace never works. As someone who works in IT, if I were you, I would be embarrassed with the quality of the current Realms+ service in Prod.
