Realm Hard Crashed, Unable to reset, close or upload

I'm not sure which version of MC i'm using, however when i purchased realms on my Xbox One, under Gamertag 'MG GangstaKrab', I ended up with a crashed realm after attempting to upload my current local realm. I am currently unable to play minecraft as it fails to load the realm. It also cannot be replaced, closed or uploaded. Pls help.
