Replacement feature not working

Realms+ replacement feature not functioning. It will seemingly work than as soon as it should notiify "Lets go!" Is replaced with "Error". Currently issue is happening on Mobile and Xbox. This has been happening since the beginning of May. I have attempted every thing I can do to fix it.
