Used Minecoins to purchase a Dragon Egg on 3/17/2021, Dragon Egg did not appear in arsenal

Used Mine coins to purchase a Dragon Egg on 3/17/2021, Dragon Egg did not appear in arsenal.  Attempted to contact Microsoft Xbox regarding the issue, however no one contacts me back.  I disputed this with my financial institution for $49.99.  I would like to receive the item or have the Mine coins refunded please.
