Can't join Realm: stuck on "building terrain"

I have been on this realm for more then a mouth. I'm not the host or was had anything to do with the neither. I don't know what change other then me logging off. It is forever "Joining Realm... Building terrain"

Actions I have taken...

Restart Ps4/Minecraft

Sign out and back in to Microsoft account

Left the realm and rejoin

Got it on the Pc, downlouded, log in, and still the same issue. 

don't know what to do
