My minecraft world won't sync on my brother's xbox and my xbox is broken.

     Recently, my xbox got struck by lightning through the ethernet port and I wanted to see what I could recover by using the cloud saves on xbox. All of the games I tried synced well, even my skyrim saves with mods, except for the minecraft world I invested years in. It tells me that the world failed to sync and might be corrupted and to try the world on an xbox that works. I noticed that when I did research into this I found one person on the microsft forums that was able to get his world back after contacting someone from mojang. If anyone can help with this issue or knows someone I can contact please let me know. Thanks for your time and any help you all can give.
