Error to renew the realm 1 month

Yesterday I finished my 1 month subscription to realms, I wanted to renew another month and I even received the receipt that the payment was made, however the realm still came out as expired and I never changed, thinking that the error was the world I deleted it and I tried to create a new world with the realm, but it only appeared to me that I had made the purchase of the subscription and if I wanted to apply it, then I said yes but nothing happened, if you need the receipt or photos of the error I can send it by gmail. (For what it's worth, the platform I use is playstation 4)
