Cant log in to friends realm i get a long wait and lag them

So my friends kid join my friends realm and it started glitching and the realm crashed since then and everytime I try to join it stays in a loading screen and it shows I join on there screen and they all start laggin anyway to delete the glitched items or bug on my account or would my friend have to restart her realm
