Cannot Download Realm (Initializing Download Error)

Trying to download our server into a Minecraft realm. We have tried about 30 times and we continue to get an error every time after the initializing download screen. I have no idea what to do. The server is 1.2GB and all the resource and behavior packs are removed. Please help
