Screenshots Can't Be Uploaded on Realms Feed

Uploading screenshots to Minecraft Realms Feed doesn't work at all even though the notification "Screenshot Uploaded" is given. In fact, the only thing that can be posted on the Realms Feed is text. I can't comment on posts, or view any uploaded screenshots. This issues occurs with everyone on the Realms (Windows 10, Switch, Mobile, Xbox).
