Realm purchase completed but cannot create realm

Hey there I've been trying to get a realm going for my family and I to play on for quite some time. I had this issue last time and so I just cancelled my subscription, lost my 3.99$ and just let things be. At this time my kids would like to try realms again and it seems I cannot get a world toon on my realms. Any help would be appreciated. Currently my iOS subscription  for the realm is active. Ty.
