Unable to connect to Realms

Unable to connect to Realm using 1.16.5 version

I've done everything that was suggested if there are connection problems, being:

restarting computer, Minecraft, and router
logging in and out of Mojang account
updated Java

still didn't work. It said
"Failed to connect to server
oi.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectExeption: Connection refused: no further information"
