Cannot connect to realm

Me (Xbox series s) and all my realm members all across different consoles and a pc are unable to connect to my realms plus realm. I can't even make a back up of the realm to delete and download. I select the realm and it shows "joining realm... this may take a few moments" then to "loading resource packs" and the it comes up with the error "unable to join realm" I went to the original realm purchase device(Nintendo switch) to make sure it was updated, it was. Deleted reinstalled the game and still to no avail. My 2nd realm loads perfectly fine, just not this main one. I reported this Issue at Minecraft help and it they stated to report it over here...It has been over 12 hours and still no fix not sure what else to do.
