Cannot connect to my Realms / "unable to connect to the world"

Cannot connect to my Realms. My wifi is not failing, i have used both my PC and my celular phone, my daugher is in another country tried as well and failed, the message is "unable to connect to the world", tried uploading an earlier version to no use. no problems with firewalls or permits.

Used both realms and in both the same problem after creating them, you access them, used them and then suddently you cannot login any longer

It seems this version of minecraft has a problem with the realms which is paid content, i expect and need a quick response.
