Every time I try to switch worlds on realms it says "Realms (500) Could not connect to realms: Connection timed out"

Every time I try to switch worlds on realms it says "Realms (500) Could not connect to realms: Connection timed out" and it only lets me play on 1 world because I cannot switch to another world. It also says that when I try to reset the world so I am stuck on a world that I don't want to play on. I tryed to restart my computer multiple times, switch versions, and other things but it did not work. I just bought this realm last night (4/14/2021) so I don't see why there is this problem.
