Unable to connect to my own realm

I created a new "Grisha Orange's Realm" to play w kids. All worked fine for a day. Last 24 hrs neither kids, nor I were abled to get to the realm—it starts uploading but then says "unable to connect to the realm". We tried rebooting, reloading, etc to no avail.

please help
