I bought a realm, I can't connect to it and to my friend it says that realm link is expired

At first it was good, then 5 days after I bought the realm it didn't allow my friend to play, it said he wasn't allowed into the realm, i gave him admin, I sent him new link, I told him to put the code in Minecraft realm and it didn't allow him either 

 

3 days (may 31) after that I was trying to play and it didn't loaded at all, it just stayed there, 10days after (today) I was able to get in the realm after I exited I tried to log in and it started saying I can't connect to the world, I already tried another Microsoft account checked my network connection, installing it and uninstalling it, its unfair how i paid for it and I can't even play on it, it's about to expire and I only played it for a few days!
