unable to access a realm

I created a realm on my Switch.  My friends and I have been playing my realm for over a month.  Today, a couple of friends played on it, then we left, and when we came back, no one could log in.  I tried all of the steps on the troubleshooting page and nothing has worked.  it tis not my internet because I can still log into my Dad's realm and all other apps that access the internet are connecting.  Please help?
