Unable to Connect to Server

My partner and I have both been experiencing the same issue of not being able to connect to our realm; both on pc and ps4 We are still on the free 30 day trial, and I've already checked to make sure we didn't have to renew it yet and resetting our internet connection.

I've also tried other options that were presented on the minecraft realms help page, but none of those worked either. 

We are becoming increasingly frustrated as we were on only hours earlier; and we don't know what to do.
