Nothing works in realms.

Hi, after trying to fix the issue I found out that when I go to the realm message it says A message that I have attached to the email. It looks like it doesn't recognize my payments or something because it takes me to pay and I'm already paying for my realms. So I cant edit, manage, or invite anyone to my realms. The name of my realm is Albaik Also now I can't even join the world, or download the world that I worked so hard in because of this error. Plus it tells me cannot join because of the update. Which I do not know how to fix
 
I have been contacting support on the email serviced but have been getting little to no help or clarification whatsoever, almost like i'm speaking to a bot!
Basically, everything doesn't work that has to do with the realms, other than joining it itself. I've tried everything from restarting my internet to reinstalling the entire game. I'm payinfor a realm that I cant invite my friends to, which makes me think what the whole point of this realm even is. If it wasn't full of months of hard work I would've canceled it, but it is so please help me.
