Extreme Lag on Xbox REALM Please help ASAP

We have a REALM over a year with a couple of Friends, for some reason we expierience a lot of lag since a few months.

• We  already Reset the server

• Reset a brand new map

Because of the lag issues we starten a brand new realm because with thought it maby had something to do with the back ups. Even with a new realm we have the same lag issues!

Can you are the settings OR give advice to get the game more fluet?
