Owner of realm is disconnected and unable to join realm

I converted my normal world on PS4 bedrock to a realm on 3/29/2021 and my friend is able to join and play on the world, but I own the realm and cannot join. It will load for a few minutes and either let me in for roughly 10 seconds and then disconnect me, or just disconnect me before letting me in. I have tried multiple times closing and opening the application, signing in and out of Microsoft, restarting my PS4, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and changing internet connections even though I am using a lan cable that is working fast. The realm works fine for my friend, but I am unable to join no matter what device or internet connection I am on.
