Multiplayer: Realms & Regular Worlds

On any of the Minecraft pe realms, I cannot join them. On regular world maps, I cannot invite my friends to join but I am able to join their maps. The bug issue I believe has to do with the multiplayer part itself because other people are having trouble with having their friends play and join a server made by the administrator/host of the map. I hope it gets fixed so I can continue playing with my friends soon. Thank you.
