My game gets stuck in the loading screen when i try to join a realm (ps4)

The game gets stuck in the loading screen when i try to join a friends realm, I have tried everything, from restarting the game over and over, to logging on and off from my account and uninstalling the game and installing back again. My Microsoft account is Lambgol96
