Tons of block lag on realms

My friends and I have all been experiencing regular lag spikes that make strip mining for netherite really slow and annoying. I'd like for Mojang to fix this so that my friends and I can actually have some decent amount of fun on my realm. This seems to have only appeared after the 1.16.210 update.
