Realm keeps kicking me out and saying ''An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host''

Realm keeps kicking me out and saying ''An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host'' even though none of my friends have kicked me or anything the realm is always doing this. When I log on 10 seconds pass and it kicks me out. Everything is also very laggy for example when placing a block or breaking something or clicking on a chest the action only activates 10 seconds later same with killing mobs.
