An error occurred message everytime I try to change the realms worl

So I just bought realms plus and I wanted to change the world to one of the many templates offered. No matter what I do I get "an error occurred" every single time, I've restarted the switch, logged on and off again, created a world and tried to upload from the settings, tried directly from the market place where it listed to create a world, and I even reinstalled the entire game.
