Friends not visible when inviting to realms

Hello, 

 

I am attempting to invite my daughter to our realm. I was able to successfully invite my son, but now when I look at the list to invite friends, her gamertag is not in the list of gamertags that are online. She is appearing online but I cannot see her. I was able to have another admin send her an invite, however when we accepted it kept saying that she was not invited to the realm. 

 

Some Troubleshooting steps I went through up until now...

1. made sure game was updated to most current version
2. made sure gamertag was logged on and appearing online
3. uninstalled and reinstalled game 

 

Not really sure what to do from here. Her gamertage is greaselog and you can see in the picture that I provided that her name is not on the list of "online" players. 

 

Any help will be very appreciated.
