Hopper minecart disappeared

Every time I enter the realm, I notice that the hopper minecarts that I placed at the previous log in will disappear with no reason, the hopper minecarts that I placed should keep running on a circular track. I am sure that the hopper minecarts are not being taken by the others or being destroyed by monster.
